Features

Compatibility: The Canon EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM standard zoom lens is compatible with Canon EOS SLR cameras.

Image Stabilizer: With the Image Stabilizer turned on, you can obtain sharp, natural-looking pictures in dim lighting without using flash or a tripod.

USM (Ultrasonic Motor): The lens uses a ring-type USM for swift, silent autofocus and full-time manual focus.

Macro Mechanism: The lens is equipped with a macro mechanism for low magnification close-up photography. The autofocus function is also available in the macro range.

Auto/Manual Focus Modes: To shoot in autofocus mode, you must set the focus mode switch on the lens to "AF." To manually focus the camera, you must set the switch to "MF," and focus by turning the focusing ring.

Optional Accessories (available from Canon): This lens can be used with an optional EW-78B hood and optional screw-in filters (72mm).
