Woofer

Woofer: The B 62C component system includes woofers with injection-molded polypropylene cones and durable rubber surrounds. This process of cone molding assures a uniform cone thickness for superior linearity and clarity. It is also lighter weight and more rigid for decreased distortion and improved bass response.

Magnet cover: The woofers are shipped with a rubber magnet cover to protect the speaker. If the cover is removed the depth changes slightly:

• Top Mount Depth: 2.337"
• Bottom Mount Depth: 2.504"

Size Classification Note: Crutchfield has traditionally referred to this woofer size as a 6-3/4", while some manufacturers, including Helix (Audiotec Fischer), call it a 6-1/2". Please refer to the Crutchfield Vehicle Selector to confirm fit in your vehicle.

Tweeter

Tweeter: The system uses 1" silk dome tweeters with neodymium motor structure. The tweeters can be flush mounted, surface mounted, or surface mounted at an angle using the included brackets. Once mounted, the tweeters swivel so you can direct them toward the listening positions.

Crossover: Each crossover has screw terminal inputs and separate, attached 38" output leads for the woofer and tweeter. No crossover frequency or slope information was provided by the manufacturer.
