Mount your center channel speaker above your flat-panel TV the easy way with the CSB-1210-BLK. This large shelf attaches to the top of your flat-panel TV, so you can place a center channel speaker above it without having to drill mounting holes into your wall. It's also great for getting your components, like a DVD player or satellite box, up off your component rack when you need the space.

This shelf is designed for larger center channel speakers with a maximum depth of 10" and weighing up to 25 lbs. Thick rubber caps at the end of the legs tighten against your TV to keep the shelf securely in place. You can also adjust the mounting screws to angle the speaker down towards your listening position for better sonic performance. The top plate of the shelf is fitted with a foam strip on the bottom to protect the finish on your TV, and comes with a non-slip mat to keep the speaker from sliding around.

    Overview: Center Stage Brackets were developed to meet the growing demand for brackets that would allow consumers to place center channel speakers and other home theater components on top of flat-panel LCD, LED, and Plasma television displays.

    High-Grade Aluminum Construction: The Center Stage Bracket is constructed of high-grade aluminum and used adjustable steel hardware. It is available in a power coated gloss-black finish. Each bracket is outfitted with a protective foam strip (which protects the television) and comes with a non-slip mat to keep your center speaker securely in place and free from damage or sliding.

    Low-Profile Design: This low-profile model (Large CSB 1210 BLK) is designed to accommodate television installations in nearly any home theater setup which are freestanding. This model is suited for medium and large-sized speakers which have a maximum depth of 10-inches and weigh up to 25 lbs.

    Center Channel Application: The Center Stage Bracket is suited for a wide range of speakers and televisions. The Center Stage Bracket allows speakers to be easily and quickly mounted on top of modern flat-panel televisions that are freestanding. The Center Stage Bracket is aesthetically pleasing and allows the center channel speaker to be placed in an optimal position without damage to the television.

    Component Application: The Center Stage Bracket is also very effective at holding various audio/video components on top of flat-panel televisions and computer monitors including Blue-ray players, DVD players, satellite receivers, and cable boxes. In addition, the Center Stage Bracket can be used with Web cams for video conferencing rooms or personal computers.

    Installation: The Center Stage Bracket features a low-profile design that is easy to install. It universally mounts on top of most flat-panel televisions that are freestanding. The Center Stage Bracket features a top plate with a protective foam strip that rests on the top of your flat-panel television, and two adjustable leg supports which clamp to the back of your flat-panel TV for an easy and secure installation.     Though it seemed flimsy , the stand really does work! Holding an expensive 21 pound center channel speaker on top of a new Panasonic Plasma tv with a bit of an angle downward towards the listener and it is holding just fine. The cloth keeps the speaker from sliding and the foam on the edge for the tv does not mark the tv up. Works as a really great solution as opposed to wall brackets as the speaker is always centered to the listener even if the tv moves. Easy to assemble. Recommended!

    During the old days I'd but a cable box, game console, or VCR on directly top of a tube TV. You can't exactly do that with thin LCD TVs. The Center Stage Bracket is exactly what I needed. I use it for a TiVo Premiere, Wii sensor, and Kinect sensor (about 12 lbs total).
    Pros:
    Easy installation overall. The longest part for me was fine-tuning it making it perfectly level. The weight of the devices on top will tilt the TV a bit and have to compensate for that. I did a light wobble test on my TV and the bracket was still safely secured. It has stayed put for months.
    Cons:
    Price. Seeing the problems solved with this, I'd say it's at least money well spent and I could reuse it if I upgrade to a bigger TV.

    There aren't many TV stands or entertainment centers out there that will accommodate for a center speaker so when I found this I was pretty excited. It works well and I am happy with it.
    Pros:
    It places your center speaker right where it needs to be. The mounting is easy to do and I like the non-slip pad.
    Cons:
    Price. Could be less expensive for what it is.

    Great product great idea that works as described i have a huge polk cs2 series ll center channel speaker and it holds it with ease but when you receive it you will see that there is not much to it for what you are paying and that it is definitely over priced

    Perfect solution to a space problem, or in my case a toddler problem. Paired with a Polk CS10 center channel. I couldn't be happier to be honest. My tv is an older Sony XBR6, it's quite thick. I ended up using the holes furthest back, and turning the brackets around by threading the feet through the brackets the other way. The build quality is awesome, the box it came in doesn't do this mount justice.
    Pros:
    Looks good, built great, stays solidly in place.
    Cons:
    none, packaging box looks stupid though.

    Actually, I have a big Mitsubishi DLP TV -- great picture, requires a big bulb, and the back slopes back 45 degrees... Knowing this, after looking at the specs and photos, I determined that I could modify this shelf to fit my needs -- and it worked perfectly. First I attached underneath an oak strip 1x2" with brass wood screws the exact distance of my TV thickness at the top to lock the shelf in place front to back. Next I drilled new holes for the brackets near the rear edge of the aluminum shelf plate and attached the brackets back there. The rubber bumpers now rest nicely on the 45-degree back slope of the TV very securely. I angled my Klipsch Reference center speaker (20 pounds) downwards using the Klipsch-suppliedelevation bolt. A perfect installation -- and it is adaptable to a number of applications. This was possible due to the excellent build quality of the item.
    Pros:
    Excellent quality and adaptability. Very sturdy. Also Crutchfield service, communication and follow-up was excellent.

    Absolutely none.

    I'm using this on a Samsung PN59D7000 plasma TV with a Polk CS2. The CS2 is a pretty large speaker that weighs 17 lbs. I was a little nervous of this stands ability to hold such a large speaker on such a thin tv ( my tv is 1.5"), but it seems to be working fine. I had a similar stand on my previous tv, which was a much thicker Samsung 56" DLP, so this gave me the idea to look for a similar stand for my new plasma tv, and that's how I ended up on Crutchfield. Crutchfield provided top notch service with my order. Thanks!

    The center stage bracket works well where others failed. I went through two other center shelves that were supposed to line up with the VGA mount holes on my TV. None worked as well and as easily as the Center Stage Bracket offered by Crutchfield. Not much more to say except that it does what its supposed to and does it well.

    This bracket is the best method I've found for mounting a large center channel speaker above your display. You can adjust tilt angle to fire speaker at listening location with a few turns of the two height knobs available. Best thing since sliced bread. Highly recommended.

    I found very few solutions to mounting my center channel speaker over my RPTV. This mount, although intended for flat pannels, has enough flexibility to allow installation on the thicker RPTVs. Very well made and becomes almost invisible once installed.

    All in all a good purchase- saving 4 hours of work and the cost of the materials was well worth it.
    Pros:
    Bought a new Polk CS20 which is rather large and tall- tall enough to obstruct the bottom portion of the picture when using the standard TV stand for my Samsung 52" plasma. So worked up a scheme to get the TV higher in the air while securing it using wood. It was going to be an all day project, then the small ad for this unit showed up in the CS20 order form. Bingo! Took all of 3 minutes to get the bracket set up.
    Cons:
    I agree with the comments below that it is somewhat pricey for what you get. But I'm sure its made in small quantities and is of good quality. Also agree that it could be a little larger- the CS20 barely fits.

    Purchased the Center Stage Bracket (12" wide by 10" deep) for my NEW 32" Flat 1080p TV for the Bedroom. I'm still using a thirty year old TV Wall Mount with a Shelf base (from those old Heavy Tube TV sets) where the base of the NEW Flat Screen will sit on. Needed something to hold the NEW Comcast Infinity Model RNG110 - HDMI Cable Box. The Center Stage Bracket from Crutchfield fits the bill. Yes, the shelf is a little expensive, but worked PERFECTLY. The shelf sits right in the middle of the Flat Screen on the Top edge. The Infinity RNG110 (9" by 9") Cable box sits in the center of the Flat Screen and the bracket is adjusted and pushed up slightly in the rear and sloped down towards the front. With the New Flat Screen and Bracket, it puts everything inches away from all of my connections. Would HIGHLY recommend the Center Stage Bracket to anyone. The one thing that I would HIGHLY Recommend is Crutchfield's Service. They delivered the Center Stage Bracket in two days as Standard; was Awesome. Great Item, Great Customer Service - Thanks Crutchfield..
