Features

Product Overview: The Bazooka MT8252WS contains a pair of 4-way "Tubbie" wakeboard tower speakers. The speakers are designed to be mounted to the wakeboard tower tubing using optional stainless steel mounting brackets.

Drivers: Each speaker is equipped with an 8" emerald-injected mica-poly woofer and a 1" aluminum dome tweeter facing in one direction, plus a 5-1/4" midrange and a 3/4" tweeter facing the opposite direction. All of the drivers have long-lasting rubber surrounds. The grilles are made of high-impact plastic.

Enclosure: Each speaker features a tuned, ported speaker cabinet with a high-gloss white finish to compliment any marine decor. The ring around the front of the enclosure is made of durable rubber. The enclosure features the classic look of a Bazooka ported bass tube.

Speaker Terminals: The rear-mounted platinum-plated 4-way binding post speaker terminals can accommodate bare wire, pin connectors, spade connectors, or single banana plugs. The terminals are spaced too far apart to accommodate dual banana plugs.

Mounting Bracket: The speaker's top mounted stainless steel mounting plate accommodates one of the wakeboard tubing mounting brackets (204MTCL25S or 204MTCLMAL, sold separately). The mounting hardware is polished to a mirror finish, then coated with a marine-grade plating for protection against the harsh salt water environment. The bracket can be rotated and set to any of 9 positions, allowing you to aim the speaker at the optimum angle toward the listening area. The bracket attaches to the speaker cabinet with a 10mm diameter countersunk bolt (supplied with the optional mounting bracket). Note: The mounting brackets add approximately 3-1/8" to the speaker's overall height.
