Features
Multi-Purpose Mount for iPad: The Sanus VTM1 makes it easy for you
to mount your iPad on top of a desk, on a wall, under a cabinet, or to a
magnetic surface. The Sanus VTM1-S1 Multi-Purpose Mount is designed specifically
for the Apple iPad 2 and iPad 3. Its also designed to work with the Apple's
Smart Cover to ensure maximum iPad protection and versatility. Not compatible with the first generation iPad or iPad 4.
The VTM1 features a clear polycarbonate iPad case with magnetic attachment, plus an
aluminum mounting arm and base (along with mounting hardware).

polycarbonate iPad case
that helps protect your iPad at home and on-the-go. Its magnetic attachment
("MagFit" technology)
allows you to easily attach your iPad to magnetic flat surface, such as your
refrigerator.
Desktop Stand: You can choose to use the Sanus VTM1 as a desktop
stand, allowing you to mount your iPad upright on a surface (like a desk or
kitchen table) to easily pay bills or watch your favorite video at a comfortable
viewing position.
Under-Counter or Wall-Mount: The Sanus VTM1 comes with hardware that
gives you the option to attach your iPad under a kitchen cabinet or to a wall
(drywall or concrete).
Adjustable Viewing Angle: Whether you use the VTM1 to mount
your iPad on a desktop, under a counter, on the wall, or on your fridge - you
can easily view your iPad at eye level in both portrait and landscape modes,
thanks to its pivoting connector which provides fluid movement and 360-degrees of
rotation. In addition, the articulating mounting arm lets you tilt and adjust the viewing
angle of your iPad.
