About me
I am in my tenth year at Crutchfield. I have worked in the Product Support Group and the Sales Advisor Group, and was promoted to the Supervisor Group in July of 2008. I help with our internal "Guerilla Training" program for our Sales Advisors. I have owned and enjoyed electronic equipment for years, and love helping customers find electronic solutions.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, hanging out, and enjoying my time off. I also like following the "Roman Empire of College Basketball," The University of Kentucky Wildcats! GO BIG BLUE!
I am a 1997 graduate of the University of Virginia's College at Wise with a major in Business Administration. I am happily married and have a three year old son.

One little comment... ONE! That was all it took! Jeremy called me up and introduced himself and offered his services. I WAS AMAZED! To be honest I was assuming he was calling to tell me that the radio was out of stock and to try to switch me to another "better" radio (that they make more margins on) but nope, just called to let me know he's my go-to guy. It's good to see that Crutchfield understands. Any retail outlet can sell you a radio. Crutchfield sells the entire experience. Advice and suggestions. Support before, during and after the sale. Keep up the excellent work!
