About me

Where to start!? I'm into electronics, gizmos and gadgets, but I also enjoy sports, reading and I absolutely love anything pertaining to science! In high school, I ran cross country but my biggest love was cheerleading. I cheered from 7th grade all the way to college.

Not only do I enjoy dry-land sports, I absolutely love water sports of any kind, especially surfing--the sun, the sound of the waves and the rush that it gives when you catch the one wave that's just right. It's a little tough catching "the perfect wave" when you are all the way in the heart of Virginia, home of the HOOS.

I attend the University of Virginia, where I am finishing up my second degree in Business Marketing. My first was Biology and Chemistry. My parents are so proud.

My mother is first generation Mexican...Viva Aguascalientes! My father was born and raised here in the U.S.A. I have a beautiful little sister who adds to our sibling rivalry by attending Virginia Tech. Go Hokies (yeah I said it). Being that my mother is Mexican, I speak Spanish fluently, leading me to work in the Spanish and International Department.

Adding to the multiculturalism in my family, I am currently engaged to an amazing guy named Sinisa (aka "Z"). He's from Croatia, but has family in Serbia, Bosnia and Germany. He also works at Crutchfield as a Senior Product Advisor in our Retail store. We have been engaged for 2 1/2 years and have already accomplished so much together. We bought our very own home, which is filled with Crutchfield products. We have a fantastic home theater set up downstairs as well as a second theater room upstairs that is filled with gaming stuff, left to right and top to bottom. Sinisa and I love to crank up the sound when we are playing first person shooter games--our dog is not a fan of the games, but a fan of movie/cuddle time.

We have one doggie, Nugget, who is a jolly jack-a-bee (Beagle/Jack Russell). He loves to take naps, play hide-n-seek and eat gourmet doggie treats, but I think his favorite thing to do is cuddle. What a life.
